iFLYTEK Joins the TODO Group OSPO Landscape
iFLYTEK has officially joined the TODO Group OSPO Landscape, listed under the OSPO Adopter category alongside global leading organizations such as GitHub, Honda, IBM, and Intel, becoming part of the global OSPO practitioner community. 🎉

The entry is available on the OSPO Landscape website: landscape.todogroup.org
About TODO Group and the OSPO Landscape
TODO Group is an open, vendor-neutral community hosted by the Linux Foundation, dedicated to helping organizations better adopt and manage open-source projects. The community creates shared resources and best practice guides to help enterprises establish standardized processes and practices in open-source management, AI governance, and other domains.
The OSPO Landscape is a key resource launched by TODO Group, designed to provide developers and enterprises with a resource map of the Open Source Program Office (OSPO) ecosystem. The landscape catalogs organizations with OSPOs, tools that support OSPO operations, and relevant resources, helping users quickly grasp the full picture of the OSPO ecosystem. The OSPO Adopter category specifically lists organizations that have established open source program offices, including enterprises, government agencies, academic institutions, and more.
What Is an OSPO?
An OSPO (Open Source Program Office) is a dedicated team or department within an organization responsible for coordinating and managing open-source activities. OSPOs typically handle the following responsibilities:
- Open Source Strategy: Establishing policies for open-source usage, contribution, and publication
- Compliance Management: Ensuring open-source software usage complies with license requirements
- Community Engagement: Coordinating the organization’s interactions and contributions to open-source communities
- Ecosystem Development: Promoting the incubation and growth of internal open-source projects
- Risk Management: Identifying and managing legal, security, and technical risks associated with open source
An increasing number of global enterprises recognize the critical role of OSPOs in open-source governance, establishing OSPOs to systematically manage their open-source activities.
What This Means
Joining the OSPO Landscape recognizes iFLYTEK’s practices in open-source governance, open-source project management, and community engagement by TODO Group and the international open-source community. As an OSPO Adopter, iFLYTEK will exchange experiences and share best practices with leading OSPO practitioners worldwide.
This is another important milestone for the iFLYTEK open-source ecosystem in the international community. Previously, Astron Agent joined the CNCF Landscape, and Astron SkillHub joined the Agentic AI Foundation (AAIF). iFLYTEK Open Source is embracing global open-source governance with an increasingly open and standardized approach.
iFLYTEK’s Open-Source Practices
iFLYTEK has been systematically advancing open-source work since 2019, establishing open-source communities on GitHub and Gitee, opening up a project portfolio covering core AI technologies including speech recognition, natural language processing, and computer vision.
In recent years, the iFLYTEK open-source ecosystem has continued to grow:
- Astron Agent: An enterprise-grade agent orchestration platform that has joined the CNCF Landscape, with over 8,600 GitHub stars
- Astron Landscape: The world’s first enterprise-grade open-source agent project landscape
- SkillHub: An agent skill registry that has joined the Agentic AI Foundation
- iFly-Skills: Official agent skill library
Going forward, iFLYTEK will continue to deepen its open-source practices and work with the global open-source community to advance the openness and innovation of AI technologies.
